Astonishing rumor. According to an official Italian Basketball site, Shawn Kemp is rumored to play in Italy next season. My Italian sucks, but basically it says that “The Reignman” is in touch with a first division Italian team. Kemp is said to serioulsy consider the offer.
If Kemp turns down the offer, Vin Baker or Christian Laettner would be an alternative. [...]

Lebron James and Team USA
July 28, 2008Last week, Lebron James guaranteed Team USA will eventually win Gold Medal in Beijing. He uttered this sentence in “Time Magazine”. Well, for some reason I don’t think it was the best thing to do…
After their failure in Indianapolis ‘02, Athens ‘04 and in Tokyo 2 years ago, I thought American players were now more humble. Or [...]
Lakers Girls
July 27, 2008Last week, about 500 gorgeous babes attended the 2008 Lakers Girls audition. Lakers girls are one of the most famous dancing squad in the world. Most people don’t have the slightest idea of how difficult this tryout is. The selection is awfully tough, and only a few of them will make it.

Monta Ellis re-signs with Warriors
July 25, 2008After losing Baron Davis for the L.A. Clippers, I was lookin’ closely if the Golden State Warriors would be able to re-sign their talented shooting guard Monta Ellis, who was wooed by a great deal of team this summer. Well, obviously Golden State’s staff made it! The 22 year-old restricted free agent agreed to sign a 6 [...]

July 23, 2008Former Hawks swingman Josh Childress has officially signed a 3 year contract with the Greek team Olympiakos, for more than $20 million!
Everybody knew that Childress was in contact with Olympiakos since several days, but to be honest, I could never have imagined that an NBA player still in his prime would leave the NBA to play ball [...]
WNBA brawl video
July 23, 2008The game between the L.A. Sparks and Detroit Shock was almost over last night when things just took a turn for the worse. Candace Parker and Cheryl Ford got into a brawl.
That’s the kind of thing I don’t like to see on a sports ground, but… when a game gets tough physically, well that’s the way the cookie [...]

According to a TV report, the long-awaited new name of the basketball team in Oklahoma City would be the “Thunder”. What do you guys [...]

Darius Miles made it. He enticed the Boston Celtics, and is getting a non-guaranteed contract with the C’s.

Every now and then, a former NBA player tries to come-back in NBA. Well, it just ticks me off…
Last summer, it was Allan Houston who tried to get a spot in New York, to no avail. [...]
